Q:	How long does it take to receive my file?
A:	All files ordered on this site are prepared and emailed to the address you provided in the payment form within 24 hours.

What can I do if I did not receive my order?

We always send our files to the buyer within 24 hours without exception. If you did not receive your file you can try checking your spam folder as some email providers will send it there because of the download link we provide. If you do not see it there please send us an email using the link on the homepage and provide us with your name, the date of purchase, and your email address you ordered with. If possible please provide us with a second email address where we can send your file.

Q:	Can I pay my cheque or money order?
A:	Unfortunately we do not accept any other forms of payment other than the current checkout system. We have had several requests in the past for orders via cheque or money order but no one ever completeted payment. It was simply a waste of time to even consider it. Our checkout system is 100% secure and you may pay using a paypal account or any credit card if you do not have a paypal account.

Q:	The information in your file does not match other info I have seen elsewhere, why?
A:	All information we provide is done so via a massive database we have and every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. In some cases it may be possible that the information you obtained elsewhere was in error or the information may have come from a totally different database.

Q:	What is a PDF file and how do I print it?
A:	PDF (portable document format) is the standard for all types of documents both online and offline. Almost every computer in the world has acrobat reader already installed but if you download your files and you find they wont open you can download acrobat reader free of charge from the Adobe website.
